ACROSS BACK SHOULDER

width from shoulder point to shoulder point - across back shoulder.

SLEEVE LENGTH FROM SHOULDER (if gown has long sleeve)

Length of the arm from shoulder point to wrist bone. Measure along the outside of the arm, with the arm relaxed.

BICEP

Measure the width around the widest part of upper arm. Measure with arm hanging down and relaxed.

WRIST

The width around the wrist at the point of the prominent bone on the inside.
